Does the new Dispute Management functionality allow more than one Reason Code per line?
Answer:
The rules for creating a Dispute have not changed. Only one Reason Code per Dispute is allowed. Reason Code D99 may be used with supporting documentation if one of the other Reason Codes does not meet the definition of your Dispute.
